If you would like to be a part of the AoA Site Council, please contact Barb Harris at 687-4592 or send her an e-mail

Our meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of every month, at 3:45 in Room 309. (except during Winter and Spring breaks)

Our site council discusses and makes decisions on many issues,
including:
- school culture
- new graduation requirements
- future professional development needs
- school improvement plans

What is Site Council?

The 4 Site Councils at North guide professional development and learning for staff, monitor and evaluate school-improvement progress, and discuss issues that affect the quality of life and learning at North.

The Site Councils at North Eugene are decision-making bodies that help shape North's future. 4J guidelines for membership require that Site Councils include individuals from various stakeholder groups: students, parents, principals, teachers, and classified staff.

Attendance

All meetings are open and anyone in the community is welcome to attend as a visitor at any time. However we ask that all regular members make a commitment to attend every meeting unless there are extenuating circumstances. Staff members who cannot attend should find a replacement to attend in their place.
