Sports Physical Clinic
Need to get a physical to participate in high school athletics? There
is a sports physical clinic every August at South Eugene High Schools
Health Center. Parents will need to call to make an appointment at
South Eugene Health Center at 687-3209. The cost is $40 with a sliding
scale down to zero, if a family is unable to pay.

To Participate
To participate in any extra-curricular school sport there are several
requirements.
Although many sports have try-outs, students are accepted
on school teams (with very few exceptions).
Participants must take and pass at least five courses during the previous
quarter of the school year.
Forms are available in the school office and in the athletics office.
