Thank you to everyone who joined us for NorthFest! It was great to have families and our community in the building.

Now we’re heading into another busy week at North, with fall sports, clubs, activities, and plenty happening throughout the building. Be sure to check the calendar below and stay connected so you don’t miss what’s coming up.

🚫 Food & Drink Deliveries to School

A quick reminder to families: North Eugene does not accept food or drink deliveries for students during the school day. 

This includes DoorDash, Grubhub, Dutch Bros, Starbucks, or other restaurant/delivery services.

Our front office does not have the capacity to receive deliveries, take items to classrooms, call into classrooms, or call students out of class to pick them up. 

Sugary Drinks are not allowed in the classroom. 

Please help us keep the front office focused on supporting students and school operations by not sending or ordering food or drink deliveries to the school.

FOCUS Homework Group is Back!

📚 FOCUS Homework Club has Started!

Need a little extra help, a place to finish homework, or time to catch up on missing assignments? FOCUS Homework Club is here for you!

🕒 3:45–4:45 PM
📅 Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays

Students can drop in on any FOCUS day to work on assignments and get support. NHS student tutors will also begin joining FOCUS this month!

Whether you’re stuck on something or just need a quiet place to get caught up — come to FOCUS. No need to fall behind when help is right here! ❤️💛

IB News

Did you know?


  • Students who graduate with the IB full diploma (IBDP) and a total score of 30 or higher (scale of 1-7 with 6 subjects) are granted automatic sophomore standing at all public universities in Oregon?
  • North Eugene is one of only FIVE schools in Oregon to offer the IB Career-Related Program (IBCP)?
  • Throughout the country, IBDP graduates graduate from college in 4 years a full 20% more than their non-IB counterparts? 
  • 72% percent of IBCP graduates enroll in college immediately after graduating from high school compared to 64% of all US high school graduates?
And North Eugene offers IB courses to ALL our students!

Volunteer with the Booster Club

volunteer concessions
The Booster Club will be running concessions at all home Varsity Football games. Adult volunteers are needed for each game starting around 6 pm. Grab a friend and sign up!

Thrive Scholars Program

Hello 11th Graders! (9th and 10th graders are invited too!)

You are invited to come learn about the Thrive Scholars Program!!!
  • WHEN: Wednesday, Sept. 30th 
  • WHERE: during Lunch in the College Career Career
  • Thrive Scholars is a free, six-year program that supports high-achieving, low-income and/or first-generation students from their senior year of high school through college graduation and into meaningful careers. Through academic preparation, personalized coaching, career development, and lifelong mentorship, Scholars gain the tools, skills and confidence to reach their full potential.
  • Come hear from our very own 12th grader, Laura Vasquez, about the Thrive Scholars Program, all the benefits, how to apply, and what makes a strong applicant.
